"Good rewards, just a bit slow"
I signed up for their rewards program after buying some socks, and overall it was good. The points did show up like they were supposed to, but it really took a day or two. I ended up getting a small discount later, so I’m still happy with it.

I really like that they seem thoughtful about their sourcing and ethics, which makes me feel better about buying from them. That said, the prices are still kind of high, especially compared to... well, I just wish they were a little more affordable

I’ve ordered from Smartwool a few times now, and one thing I really appreciate is how clearly they list the material breakdown. It’s annoying when brands make you dig around or leave the fabric info vague, especially with socks and base layers where I want to know how much merino wool I’m actually getting. Smartwool makes it easy to compare items and pick what I want without guessing. It seems like a small thing, but it makes shopping a lot less frustrating.

I’ve ordered from smartwool.com a few times now, the selection is REALLY solid. They’ve got tons of socks, base layers, shirts, and other gear for different temps and activities.
What I like most is that there are plenty of colors and sizes, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I was able to find hiking socks for myself and some warmer layers for my wife quickly, which I always appreciate.
The prices aren’t exactly the cheapest, but the quality and variety make it feel worth it. Browsing the site is easy, and I’d definitely shop there again.

"Great first impression, and they wash well"
My first impression was that these socks felt really comfy, so I was a little nervous about messing them up in the wash. I followed the tag, washed them in cold water, and let them air dry. They didn’t shrink at all and still feel just as comfortable. The care instructions are simple enough, so no complaints from me.

The quality has lasted good, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff these days. I feel like half the things you buy now start falling apart way too fast, so it was nice to get something that actually holds up. No complaints here.

I’ve been buying smartwool socks and base layers for years, they’ve always been solid. Warm. Comfortable. Reliable. Everything I’ve gotten has held up well, the fit is usually right on, and shipping has been totally fine too. It’s just one of those brands I don’t really have to think twice about ordering from.

"Worth Paying More For"
I’ll be honest, I don’t have the patience to keep buying cheap socks and base layers that fall apart after a few washes. Smartwool costs more, yeah, but the stuff I bought has actually held up. I’ve washed the socks and base layer a bunch of times and they still fit right and don’t feel all stretched out or worn down. I’d much rather pay a bit more once than deal with replacing things over and over. Easy 5 stars from me.

Smartwool.com was actually easy to use, which I appreciated because some shopping sites make things way harder than they need to. I found the socks I wanted quickly, the filters did what they were supposed to, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. The pages loaded fine on my phone too, so I can’t really blame the site for anything there. No annoying popups or confusing steps, just a smooth shopping experience overall.

"Good fit, even when I ordered in a hurry"
I ordered a couple of smartwool base layers and some socks kind of quickly because I was trying to get it done before heading out, but the size chart actually helped a lot. I’m usually between a medium and large, so I went with medium and it ended up fitting well, not too tight. The socks were true to size too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the waistband felt a little snug at first, but after wearing it for a bit, it loosened up and felt better

I was kind of wondering if the colors would look different in person, but they really didn’t. I ordered the blue and green socks, and they were pretty much exactly like the pictures. There are a lot of color choices too, which I liked. I thought maybe the shades might be a little off, but nope, they looked right to me, so I’m happy with them
